Automatic Payments

Autopay is subject to a 3% service charge on credit cards or $15 annual fee for ACH.

To enroll in automatic payments, contact the Billing Office at accounting@mledp.org. The Billing Office will initiate an email from Procare Payments Service with a link to complete the Recurring Payment Method Authorization Form.
