MLEDP IS A CONTRACT SERVICE AND YOUR TUITION IS CALCULATED BASED ON THE SUBMITTED SCHEDULE. TUITION IS BILLED ON A PRE-CARE BASIS. TUITION PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE 1ST DAY OF EACH MONTH. INVOICES WILL BE E-MAILED MONTHLY, AND YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE CAN BE VIEWED AT ANY TIME BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AT WWW.MYPROCARE.COM OR ON THE PARENT ENGAGE APP.
Payment Options:
- Credit Card: Credit Card Payments can be made online by logging into your myprocare.com account Credit Card Payments are subject to a 3% service charge.
- Check or Money Order: Check or Money Order payments can be made payable to MLEDP and mailed or delivered to our office at: 250 Mt. Lebanon Blvd. Suite 414. Pittsburgh, PA 15234
- Cash: Cash payments can be made in our office at: 250 Mt. Lebanon Blvd. Suite 414. Pittsburgh, PA 15234
- Automatic payments: Click here for enrollment form. Autopay is subject to a 3% service charge on credit cards or $15 annual fee for ACH.
Credits Not Given: Credits are not given for absences, illnesses, vacations, emergencies, weather, unexpected school closings or cancellation of in-person instruction.
Account statements:
End of year statements for tax purposes are emailed in January. You can print a copy of your statement at any time by logging into your www.myprocare.com account and selecting the “reports” option.
SUMMER FUN BILLING
Tuition is calculated and pre-paid using the specific schedule of weeks submitted on the contract. A minimum of 2 weeks of scheduled care is required for enrollment. Invoices are emailed monthly during the summer for June, July, and August schedules. Swim fees are pre-billed for the summer with the June invoice. Swim fees will be deducted when a pool pass is purchased for the child and the pool pass number is provided to the MLEDP office.
Changes in the childcare schedule may be made through April 1. No credits are given for absences on days you are scheduled to attend.
Late Pick Up Fee – $10.00 for every 15-minute increment beyond closing time (6:00 p.m.).
